Returns & Exchanges

Collection products
If you want to change a product you have a period of fifteen (15) calendar days from delivery of the order. The product must be in perfect condition, without use or washing and with its original label. In swimming clothes it must include the intimate protector intact.

To make changes/returns you must manage them from My Account, section Orders 
Select the order and then indicate the product. After confirming you will receive information about the process via email. You can know the status of your exchange/return from the option Changes and Returns 

You must send the product to TAYMORY,  Juego de Pelota 44 Local 1 (14900) Lucena, Córdoba, Spain.

Custom Products
Custom or Team Store products do not allow changes in sizes or returns as they are personalized. In case of incidents, our Warranty Policy applies (for a period of 3 months from the date of delivery). If you consider that a product contains a defect, please contact us for its replacement through Customer Service

Valid reasons to make changes or returns
The product delivered is different from the one requested
The product delivered is broken, damaged or has deficiencies
The product delivered does not fit your size (except custom products)

No exchanges or returns allowed
The product is used or washed
The product does not contain its original outer label
Products with cut-out inside label or manufacturing
The product is personalized
The product is faded or with deficiencies in fabric properties due to misuse/care
The product has been purchased with more than 3 months from the date of delivery
Swimming products with hygiene filter removed
Products with scratches, stains, snags or forced seams

Refunds are managed directly from the same payment method that made the purchase. Once processed, the return period could take up to 48 hours depending on the means of payment or the bank. You can check the status of your returns and payment invoices from My AccountOnce the product has been received in our warehouses and after checking its status, the amount will be reimbursed through the payment method used in the purchase, within a maximum period of 14 days after the withdrawal notification.

Taymory™ reserves the right to accept changes or returns of products that do not meet the conditions described.
